利用隶属函数值法对甜高粱苗期耐盐性的综合评价

摘 要:

选用‘Mer72-3’等11个甜高粱品种幼苗为材料, 用100 mmol•L-1 NaCl进行处理, 研究盐胁迫对其生长、光合荧光参数、离子含量及其盐害率的影响。利用模糊函数值法对盐处理下甜高粱苗期的10个生理指标进行综合评价, 以筛选出耐盐性较强的甜高粱品种并为苗期耐盐性鉴定提供依据。结果表明, 与对照相比, 100 mmol•L-1 NaCl处理下各甜高粱品种的鲜重、干重、株高、根长、Fv'/Fm'和ΦPSII及K+/Na+等指标均显著下降。盐处理下甜高粱根部干重盐害率的隶属函数值与总隶属函数值的相关系数(r=0.895)最大, 为极显著水平(P<0.01)。因此, 根部干重的盐害率可以作为甜高粱苗期筛选耐盐品种的一个重要参考指标。综合评价11个甜高粱品种耐盐强弱顺序为: ‘Mer72-2’>‘甜选171’>‘济甜杂11-6’>‘绿能1号’>‘晋甜杂1号’>‘T-98’>‘济甜杂3号’>‘MN-94’>‘济甜杂2号’>‘戴尔’>‘Mer72-3’。

Comprehensive Evaluation on Salt-Tolerance of Sorghum bicolor Seedlings by Subordinate Function Values Analysis

Abstract:

Eleven Sorghum bicolor varieties including ‘Mer72-3’ were used to study effects of salinity stress (100 mmol•L-1 NaCl) on the parameters such as growth, photosynthetic fluorescence, ion content and their salt damage rates at seedling stage. Ten physiological parameters of S. bicolor seedlings treated with 100 mmol•L-1 NaCl were comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function values analysis for screening salt-tolerant varieties of S. bicolor and laid a foundation for further study of salt-tolerance identification of S. bicolor. The results showed that fresh and dry weights of both shoot and roots, plant height, root length, Fv'/Fm', ΦPSII and K+/ Na+ were significantly decreased under 100 mmol•L-1 NaCl, compared with control. The correlation coefficient between the subordinate function values of salt damage rate of dry weight of roots and the total subordinate function value was the highest (0.895) at P<0.01 level. Therefore, the salt damage rate of root dry weight can be used as an important indicator on screening for the salt-tolerant S. bicolor varieties. Results of the comprehensive evaluation indicated the salt-tolerance order of eleven S. bicolor varieties as followings: ‘Mer72-2’>‘Tianxuan171’>‘Jitianza11-6’>‘Lvneng-I’>‘Jintianza-I’>‘T-98’>‘Jitianza-III’>‘MN-94’>‘Jitianza-II’>‘Dale’> ‘Mer72-3’.
